 What is meant by mental health?

Mental Health is among 4 major types of health( Mental Health, Physical Health, Spiritual Health, Social Health). A condition of psychological wellness that allows someone to deal with the challenges of life, discover their strengths, study well and perform professionally well, and make contributions to their society.

Mental health is not just about not having a mental illness or defect, it actually means more than that. It actually means that you cope well with stress, life problems and challenges. Lack of appetite, sleeplessness and rapid weight loss all mean that you are suffering from mental stress. If we want to live a stress-free life, we need to do things that boost our mental health. Eating well, getting enough sleep, and participating in activities not only improve our physical health but also improve our mental health.
